At RAUSH ESSENTIALS, we are committed to delivering your premium streetwear with the same level of care and precision that goes into manufacturing it. We have partnered with India’s top-tier logistics providers to ensure your garments arrive securely and on time.
Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-volume drops, exclusive Phase 1 launches, or festive seasons, processing times may experience a slight delay. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or WhatsApp.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
Remote Locations (North East, J&K, etc.): 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or regional restrictions. RAUSH ESSENTIALS is not liable for delays caused by the courier company.


3. Order Tracking

Complete transparency is a core pillar of our brand. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping aggregators (which include BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees), you will instantly receive a shipment confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
This message will contain your active tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For customers utilizing our Cash on Delivery service, please ensure that someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the payment.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three (3) times.
If the package remains undeliverable after three attempts, or if the delivery is refused at the doorstep, the package will be returned to our facility (Return to Origin).
Accounts with a history of rejecting COD orders at the time of delivery may be restricted to prepaid-only orders for future drops.


5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & RTO (Return to Origin)

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House Number, Street Name, Landmark, and correct PIN Code) at checkout.
If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unreachable by the courier, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged to dispatch the package a second time.
RAUSH ESSENTIALS will not be held responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrectly entered shipping information.


6. Missing or Damaged Packages

Every Raush Essentials order is thoroughly inspected before being sealed. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or open, do not accept the delivery.
Take a photograph of the damaged package and immediately hand it back to the delivery executive.
Contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery attempt so we can investigate the issue with our logistics partners and arrange a replacement.
