Return and Refund Policy


At Raush Essentials, we are committed to delivering premium quality in every garment and pair of footwear we create. However, if your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help with a straightforward, hassle-free return process.


The 5-Day Easy Return Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy. You have exactly 5 days from the date your order is successfully delivered to request a return or size exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unused condition. It cannot have been worn outside or washed.

Original Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags must still be attached.

Footwear Requirements: Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box. Do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping container; please place it inside a polymailer or outer box.

Scent-Free: Items must be free of any cologne, perfume, smoke, or body odor.

Note: If an item is returned to us and fails this inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear or is missing tags), we will not be able to process the refund and the item will be shipped back to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.

Limited-edition drop items marked as non-returnable.

Intimates, socks, or headwear.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.Contact Us: Send an email to info@raushessentials.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

2.Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., "Size is too large" or "Changed my mind").

3.Approval & Pickup: Once our team approves your request (usually within 24 hours), we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the securely packed item from your original delivery address within 1-3 business days.


Size Exchanges

Because our apparel features intentional oversized silhouettes, we understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. If you need a different size, simply request an exchange via email. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund (minus the reverse pickup fee) instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We run a strict quality check before dispatching any order. However, if you receive a defective garment (e.g., an issue with the puff print or stitching) or the wrong item entirely, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement immediately, and no reverse shipping fees will be charged.


Refund Process & Courier Fees

Once your returned item reaches our facility and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund.

Reverse Pickup Fee: Because we provide free shipping on all outbound orders, a nominal reverse courier fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to help cover the return shipping costs.

Timeline: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days after the inspection is cleared.
